Spacecraft is a local build & destroy deathmatch game for up to 4 players. The players first builds spaceships then fights to the death in them.

The game has 3 different game modes listed below. It also has different time limit for building, causing stress, panic and fun.
The focus is on fast battles and rapid prototyping of ship designs, randomized components make every new round into a new challenge.
Focus is on iterative design, build the ultimate ship using only 20 pieces.
Unlimited creativity, build the ship of your dream (and quite possible cause a lot of lag).

This is the alpha version of Spacecraft, it is free to download. Keep tuned for news on when you can get the latest release (when it is done . . .)
The game is intented to be played using gamepads. One gamepad for each player is needed.
Switch between components via left / right.
Switch between building place via up / down.
Fire1 place component and joins the game.
Fire2 toggle ready.
Steer using thumbstick.
Fire1 to fire all weapons.
Fire2 + hold thumdstick in desired direction to dash.
Weapons | Engines | Structure
Some components can have additional components attached to them. If the root component dies then all attached components will also die. All weapons have friendly fire, be careful!
Good long range weapon.
Short range rapid fire weapon.
Fires homing missiles at your enemies.
Places out a stealthy mine that explodes on contact.
Increases the speed and turn rate of the ship. Direction does not matter.
Allows you to dash via holding down Fire 2 + analogue stick in in the desired direction. Direction does matter.
Center of your ship. If this dies, you die.
Just hard to destroy, nothing more than that.
Adds three more building spots on the ship.
Adds two more building spots.
Explodes on death, damaging nearby components and ships.
Makes all weapons more powerful;
increases laser turret & minigun’s damage,
more missiles from missile launcher.
